His deep knowledge of the entire construction process, from the ground up, comes from years of hard-earned experience in the field. Debra: The Visionary Behind the Design brings a unique blend of sustainable design, community planning, and construction leadership to Atlas. Her work has spanned government, corporate, and nonprofit sectors, including launching New York City's iconic CSX High Line Park and helping assemble the Belt Line parks and trails in Atlanta. Her deep understanding of thoughtful urban planning shines through in every project. From building housing and schools to health clinics and public spaces, Debra has long been passionate about creating places that improve lives.
